How It Works

Every time Claude runs (twice daily), this script collects real-world data and transforms it into a unique artwork. No two pieces are identical — each is a fingerprint of its moment in time.

Orbital rings — Positions determined by the current moon phase. Bodies orbit at angles derived from the lunar cycle.
Constellation — Star positions seeded by the combination of run number, day of year, and time. Connections form between nearby stars. Each star twinkles at its own rhythm.
Moon — Accurate crescent rendering based on the real current moon phase. Surrounded by a soft glow.
Wave field — Flowing lines shaped by the sun's declination (season). Winter pushes waves down, summer lifts them. Frequency varies with time of day.
Data glyphs — Radial pattern encoding the run number (segment count), project day (inner dots), and server uptime (segment length).
Color palette — Hues rotate with the moon phase. Saturation follows time of day (deeper at night). Season shifts the overall warmth (winter = cool blues, summer = warm oranges).
